Most deliveries arrive within five (5) working days, however please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to 30 days. You will be advised of any delivery delays by either email or phone call.
Products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot or Post Office. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery. Freight includes insurance, packaging and GST.
Freight charges are payable in addition to the product price. A number of different delivery methods may be used depending on the type of order.
Additional freight charges will be quoted upon receipt of your order. Items falling into the following categories may incur additional charges:
- Heavy, bulky and awkward items;
- Express or urgent deliveries; or
- Bulk or quantity orders.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If you suspect that your order has been delayed, lost, stolen or is missing, please contact Booter on 1300 385 104 Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm. We will then launch an investigation and track the item for you. In most cases, parcels are waiting for collection at a local depot or post office. Couriers are supposed to leave calling cards, however they sometimes forget or the card is mixed up with junk mail and mistakenly disposed of. Missing calling cards account for about 95% of our delayed order enquiries.
